Abinger Watches disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms affects customers’ statutory rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abinger Watches’ liability for direct losses shall be limited to the purchase price of the product or its repair or replacement.

Abinger Watches strives to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in colour or materials may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, pricing or availability errors may occur; in such cases, Abinger Watches reserves the right to cancel or amend an order. These Terms do not affect customers’ statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

When placing an order through the Abinger Watches website, customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including billing and shipping details. Abinger Watches is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer. If Abinger Watches cannot fulfil an order due to such issues, it reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order. Where such circumstances result in additional costs, the customer shall be responsible for covering those cost, in addition to any applicable import duties, taxes, or government charges for international orders as set out below.
Customers may request changes to their order information prior to dispatch by contacting Abinger Watches via their confirmation email. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Completion of the checkout process and payment constitutes an offer to purchase; a legally binding contract is formed only upon dispatch confirmation from Abinger Watches. Abinger Watches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch at its sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment or fraud concerns, delivery restrictions, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impractical. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and any payment already made will be refunded in full. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods at checkout. By placing an order, the customer authorises Abinger Watches to charge the selected payment method accordingly. All prices are listed in GBP (£). Abinger Watches is not currently VAT registered, and does not charge VAT on orders. Should Abinger Watches become VAT registered in the future, prices may then include VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and other government charges. These are not included in the purchase price and may be collected by local customs authorities upon delivery.
Abinger Watches may offer discount codes or promotional pricing periodically. Such offers are subject to specific terms, including expiry dates, product exclusions, and one-time use restrictions. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Abinger Watches reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Abinger Watches aims to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping costs, times, and international delivery options (if applicable) will be provided at the point of purchase. Abinger Watches is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or customs.
Abinger Watches does not offer delivery to all countries or regions. Eligible destinations are shown at checkout. Abinger Watches reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or otherwise not viable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Legal ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched. However, responsibility and risk for the products pass to the customer upon delivery.

All watches and bracelets have a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in parts and labour. Straps have a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
To make a warranty claim, customers should contact Abinger Watches via the Contact Us page with their order details.

Customers may request their order be cancelled by contacting Abinger Watches via their confirmation email as soon as possible. Abinger Watches will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is being processed or dispatched.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
For returns, customers have the right to return most products within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact Abinger Watches via their confirmation email within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of return approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Abinger Watches recommends using tracked shipping for returns to protect both parties.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item or proof of return, refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault.
Faulty or incorrect products must be reported to Abinger Watches via the customers confirmation email page within 7 days of receipt. Abinger Watches will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund including return postage where appropriate.
